Three ways to pour Thai tea — leaf, extract, and 3-in-1 sticks

Choose by how you actually brew, not by bag size.

Iced Thai tea with tea leaves and matcha

The first is the classic Thai tea leaf. The producer states it is 100% real Thai red tea in the original recipe — aromatic, good in colour, strong. It has to be brewed and strained: that extra work is the trade for the aroma and colour a Thai tea shop expects.

The leaf is a coarse cut, selected entirely from good-quality tea.

One bag of leaf holds 400 g.

The second is the instant extract powder — 100% concentrated, in a 500 g size.

It is pure extract, dissolving in room-temperature water. No boiling, no straining, and no milk or sugar in the mix — the sweetening is left entirely to whoever pours it.

The producer's recommended ratio is roughly one teaspoon per 16 oz cup, which it puts at about ฿8 of tea per cup. That figure comes from the producer, not from our own arithmetic.

The third is the 3-in-1 stick: 15 g per stick, fifteen sticks to a pack, with the milk and the sweetness already inside. One stick makes one cup and nothing needs straining. Three versions exist — Thai tea, green tea, and masala.

Keep the extract powder dry at room temperature and sealed after each use; the producer states a shelf life of six months.

Final pack photography for all three is still being produced. The images we were given are references, not the actual products, so this site uses newly made packaging mockups and labels them plainly until real photography arrives.
